The corporate housing industry is not new, however, it is not well publicized.  So, to assist you, we've provided a few general questions that are typically asked and the appropriate answers.


Q: Why should I use a temporary housing company?
A: It's very time-consuming and costly to set up your own temporary apartment. Short-term apartment leases can be difficult to find. Co-ordinating furniture delivery, utilities and getting houseware items are also time-consuming, and the fees can really add up. Montana Interim Housing can save you a lot of time and money, while providing a comfortable home-like environment during your extended stay. 


Q: What if my family and I are not part of a 'corporate move' but are seeking a temporary solution while our home is being built? Can you assist us?
A: Of course! Most of our communities are child and pet-friendly. Your family's comfort is our mission.


Q: How long can we stay?
A: We only require a 30-day notice prior to your departure, so your stay with us may be as long or short as you need. Flexibility in Lease Terms is the #1 reason our guests contact us to solve their temporary living situations.


Q: What does the rental fee include? Will I have other charges?
A: It includes all utilities, local phone charges, basic cable TV (60+ channels). The fee also includes all furnishings, kitchen cookware, towels, bedding, furniture, decorations, washer/dryer, dishwasher, small electronics, and some cleaning tools. Most have flat panel TVs, DVD player and stereo.


Q: Are pets allowed on your properties?
A: Yes, most of them permit a cat or smaller dog, for an additional pet fee.


Q: How do I find my apartment when I come to town?
A: We'll send you detailed directions and maps to your temporary home.


Q: How much does Montana Interim Housing charge?
A: That depends upon how long you're staying, where the unit is located, whether it's an apartment or condominium, the time of year, and some other factors. The best way to find out is to complete the inquiry form. Once we know where you want to be and what kind of accommodations you need, we'll be able to give you a precise quote.


Q: How much advance notice do you require?
A: Naturally the further ahead you can book a reservation, the better. You may have more options with advance notice. We know that a business or personal situation can arise very quickly, therefore, we will do our best to fulfill your needs.


Q: What areas does Montana Interim Housing cover?
A: We service the majority of Montana. If it's a small town in Montana, just let us know & we'll do our best to find suitable housing for you.


Q: What about Internet access & television service?
A: Our short-term apartments have basic cable service, as well as high-speed Internet access.
